1. Download the firefox Add-on Compatibility Reporter 0.8.5

To Download the Add-on for FireFox, you can click on this link: Installing Google Toolbar on Firefox V5 or if you are having problems with the link, you can  open your your favourite Internet Browser,  and copy and paste the following URL into the address bar:  https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/

2. Click the Green Add to FireFox Button. Once this installs, it will ask you to Restart FireFox.

3. Restart FireFox

4. Once FireFox has restarted, go to Google, and search for “Google Toolbar for FireFox”

How to add in an email archive file into Microsoft Outlook 2003

If you have an old PST file on CD or DVD that you want to add into your Outlook, you need to do the following steps:

Part 1:

Copy the PST file (Archive File) from a DVD or CD onto your PC
1.  Copy the XXX.pst file from your CD or DVD onto your local PC.  It’s best to create a new folder called Mail on the root of the 2.  C:\  Drive. If you don’t have permissions to create folders on your C:\, create it in the C:\Temp or My Documents folder.

It doesn’t matter exactly where you save it, as long as it is somewhere on your C: Drive.

Part 2:

Add the PST file (Archive File) into your outlook
1.   In Outlook, Click on File, (You may need to click on the downwards expand button to expand the menu to its fullest.)
2.  Click Data File Management,
3.  Click Add
4.  Choose Office Outlook Personal Folder File (.PST File)
5.  In the Save in Box browse to the Mail folder ( This is the samefolder location of where you saved the .pst / archive file in Part 1 above.)
6. Select the 1st file you want to add in from the list of saved files, and click Open
7.  To Finish Click OK , Then Click on Finish
8.  The email archive / outlook personal folder will now appear in Your Outlook under the Folders List.

If there are other files you need to add in, repeat these steps above until all files have been added to your outlook.
